Established Post-Punk Band Seeks Bassist

Our influences: Bauhaus, Siouxsie & The Banshees, The Sisters of Mercy, The Cure, Echo & The Bunnymen, Bowie, Joy Division, Interpol, etc.
Have their own good equipment & reliable transportation.
Be able to commit to twice-a-week rehearsal, monthly local gigs, occasional out-of-town gigs & regional tours.
Does not have a huge ego or inflated sense of self-worth, a decent sense-of-humor and can take direction from the drummer & the rest of the band without getting bitchy.
No drugs or out-of-control alcoholism.
Must be at least 21-years-old.
Be a quick study, understand the role of the bass in a band, have a basic understanding of music theory and be able to contribute ideas while we're writing new songs.
Cool dresser/commanding stage presence is a consideration.
